To request a Return Shipping Label*, please use the Chat feature on this website or email service@chattanoogashoe.com and we will promptly provide. 

First of all, a big THANK YOU (shouted in a very loud voice) for shopping with us! We do our darndest to provide you with the most comfortable and best looking shoes you've ever owned. BUT. We are realists and know that sometimes they just don't work out. No problem!

If you need to return your shoes, please ensure they are in new condition and in the original box. If the shoes are used and you believe them to be defective, please contact us. You have 10 days (for in store purchases), and 30 days (for online purchases), from the day you received them, to return them for a refund or exchange them for something else. All Sales are Final on discounted merchandise purchased physically in the store. 

If you don't want to wait for an exchange, feel free to go ahead and order your new item(s), and we will issue a refund when you return your original order. 

 

*Important information regarding online purchases made on discounted merchandise (includes sale shoes, promotions, discount codes and/or discount of any type): If customer returns a discounted item, a $16 charge will be deducted from the product price to cover return shipping charges if a return shipping label was provided. 

For orders under $100, customer will pay all shipping charges (outgoing and incoming). Customer may choose to use his/her own shipping label. If our shipping label is used, a $16 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping charges.

In the event that the original order contained more than one item and was over $100 and free shipping was selected, then only one item was returned reducing the total order to under $100, then $16 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping charges.

Shipping Charges paid by the customer are never refunded.

A Return Shipping Label is available upon request.

Please use the original shipping box as your return box as well.

As soon as we receive your return and inspect it, we will issue a refund. If there are any issues with your return, we will contact you.
